» Free delivery for orders over 50€ by Itella
» A 5€ fee will be applied to all delivered orders UNDER 50€.
» Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order, excluding weekends.
» We give 14 days time to return unused products, if you are unsatisfied. In this case, please contact us before by phone +358 44 5167456 or by email info(at)osteofix.fi
» In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.
» Remember to check your parcel when arriving and make a reclamation to your own post office if sent product is damaged. Then contact us to find a solution for getting new products. Also send us back damaged products.
